This spam call does not use only unused phone numbers. I believe it is illegal, but I noticed they use actual assigned numbers in my area. Caller I.D. tells me who they are. A check shows it listed with that person or business. A call confirms it. This scammer is way out of bounds.

Caller: They don't say who they are, just that your warranty is expired or expiring on my band new PU truck that has 100% full warranty. LOL
