This number places calls, and simply does hang up calls, without leaving a message. Some sort of robotic HANG-UP Harassment.

Kept calling my number restricted 12 + times. Answered it twice and heard the background noise but no one would speak. Then that# popped up and left an urgent mess. With the same background noise with no message!
