They have a primitive system -- it starts their introductory message *immediately* after my answering machine picked up, rather than after my greeting was finished, so only the latter part of their message got recorded. Either way, it is DEVIOUS that the Caller ID Display Name was: "Seattle, WA." ...there is no person with that name, no organization with that name, and the City of Seattle government has forthright caller ID display names on their outbound lines.
