call all day every day annoying!!!

They call from Auto Loan Center (or something) and I have asked them to remove my name, told them they have the wrong number, and I have even said I do not want a car loan. They will then try to get you to do some survey to save on your insurance and when I said I didn't pay my insurance they tried to get me to take it anyway. They don't understand English very well but they can stick to their call scripts. I don't understand why they call twice a day EVERY day if they aren't getting anywhere. You would think they would not waste money or time but I guess that goes to the level of intelligence of the company (or group of scammers).
