This number pretended to be a part of the IRS and requested $353 from me in order to receive a government grant. I'm ashamed to say I fell for the scam. After asking for my money back they threatened to have all of my accounts shut down and told me I would face legal issues if I did not pay $800 in taxes on the grant I never received. The caller claimed to be Richard Johnson and had me search him on the NIH website. They do their research to convince people to give money up for nothing in return.
