i got a call twice from 206-212-1121 and it says everything the otther people have said my grandfather got a call the next day i called it back 3 times and it said thank you for calling verizion wireless since thats my phone provider and my teacher also got the sme phone call during class it was a recording i only came here to see if it was true or not so if anybody sees this i recomend reporting it to your lcal polce department cause that what my teacher did or talk to a layer about it

It looks the calls are being ran now, I got the same and gave them a piece of my mind. There accents are so heavy you can’t understand them until he used profanity with me when I told him to cut off his $&@! And stick it in his mouth lol.

What’s amazing is that if you go on the IRS website or call the IRS, they tell you how this is such an important issue and all that you have to report it seriously they take it and all that but then they make it virtually impossible to actually report it. That’s our IRS! One of the most poorly run organizations on the entire planet and yes I blame them for this entirely. Lately I’ve been getting these calls from a bunch of different numbers so I like to call back if they tend to be very legends and everything else because when you do they immediately hang up or say something nasty and hang up

I have often wondered if these people sending all the scam spam and bad calls are the creators of these spam and and bad call blocking applications? Trying to cash in on there own deviousness of propagating the spam for their own gain. Think about it....

Theysaid exactly what. The first person commened on. Told me I filed taxes wrong and i ws going t be arrestedtoday. The moment I said the call was being recorded.theyhung up on me.

Thank you.” The people making these calls are from India, their accents are distinct. How can they be allowed to perpetuate this type of crime without the FTC stopping them. They claim to be the IRS. I went to the IRS website to see what news it may provide about such a scam. They provided aa article “Five Easy Ways to Spot Suspicious Calls”. It pretty much described this call to a T!
It also provides a FTC reporting link for leaving their number.

its becasue most people are listed on white pages or yellow pages and plus you can go to city hall records and if you were born in that town your in their records unless you were in prison for like 25 years

Got same call about fraud and under investigation by United States Government.
Said trying to call for 6 months and 'got no response."
Tried to call it back. It just rang and rang, then got strange fax like tone.
Has to be a scammer.

Called on home land line. Recorded message said under IRS investigation for fraud. Tried to reach us for 6 months; call the 206 number "before the case is downloaded to the courthouse". IRS SCAM!! Junk call; don't respond!!
