Nothing was said, line remained open. The call came in at 3:30pm EST.

When I called back, I got a recording saying it was "WCA customer service", and that if I wanted to unsubscribe from their service, I should press 1. I was never subscribed to any phone-based thing. When I pressed one, they warned me I'd no longer be entered for their giveaways, etc., so if I was really sure I wanted to unsubscribe, I should press 2. I did that, it said I was unsubscribed, and I hung up. #Spam
