I have received these calls - report it to the state attorney general they will be investigated and penalized!!!
these people are bastard and I say that with great anger because I feel for the elderly or the people that fall victim I know the person that is a very upstanding citizen amazing father and he started having anxiety attacks for no reason whatsoever please do not believe do not contact not respond to these scammers

Daniel gave case number said that he was calling fron the irs criminal department! That there was criminal case against me.
To call asap to avoid criminal charges....

Claimed it was the IRS. Gave me a case number and badge number that I looked up on Google, and saw someone else had the same case number as me. He threatened me with prison for 7 years and if I hung up, I would be admitting to IRS fraud and was guilty. I was shocked. But, I said I didn't know anything about this...He yelled and said, in his foreign accent, Good luck with the police and seven years in prison then! Then I hung up. I am 70 years old...but, I am not stupid. Be Careful everyone!
