Well they actually left a FRAUD message: "Tax Fraud investigation against your name, so before this matter goes before the supreme court please call this number 206-259-5749." Last week I was getting the notorious spam one from 202. This week this guy with an accent is going to get turned in to the Feds.
Claiming IRS has a claim against me. IRS doesn't call. They send a letter.
