Keeps calling saying he is with IRS and my attorney needs to contact them, He name was OFF. David Cooper. told him if it was the IRS I'm sure I would have received some kind of official letter. This seems like a scam, so he hung up. But that was last week and it is starting again

I received the same call. It is a scam I called the real irs !

I received several voice mails from officer David Cooper from the IRS, saying if he does not hear back from me or my lawyer that the only thing he can do is wish me good luck as the legal situation unfolds upon me. I say BIG SCAM, I do not owe the IRS and if I did I would think they would be more professional than this!

Claimed to be IRS and bank account will be closed within two hours. IRS will always contact you by mail and allow a written response.

I just got a call from someone with no name claiming to be from the IRS and making threats to me.

I have registered on the Government DO NOT CALL list so many times that nothing seems to work.

I am sick and tired of this. They do this for a couple of months, than nothing, and start all over again.

Something has got to done.

I got a call from this no and person was claiming that he is calling from IRS and i have some outstanding amount due on my name.If i don't pay right away then they will take legal action against me.

I just returned the call the call and it was the same thing, the IRS!! Asked for somebody other than me and then hung up saying they had the wrong number.

Just got a voicemail from the same person that called me a few days ago making threats about a lawsuit or something to that effect couldn't really make it out because bad service and he had the same message and voice from a number I've already blocked. Telling me not to disregard this message blah blah blah,same as the last voicemail I received.
