I have been getting multiple calls A month every single month for almost a year!! I really want someone out there to help with this!! It needs to stop!!!! Especially when it's happening to multiple people. This can't be right, it can't be legal, it has to be some form of harassment!! He talks about legal action within my residing county if it's not resolved within 48 hours, on an issue about something returned from my bank. The thing is I am in no way, shape or form, related to any financial institution!!!! I know someone out there has the capability to end this, please do so!!!!!!!

Phishing for information. They claim I owe money, then ask me my SS# and birth date. I ask to send requests in writing, they then start cussing saying they don't have to.

My phone never rings- I just get a voice mail. (How does that happen?) the message just says that I have an item returned from my bank and I must call them or they'll press charges in my county. They never mention a name, amount, or case number. I've gotten this call for three days in a row.

We get calls from these people every other month for a week straight. It's a prerecorded msg stating there is pending litigation against you, and you have 48 hours to respond.

Thing is they do not mention who they are trying to reach. Also when you call back they try getting information from you. So in other words this is a phishing scam.
