They say it is to lower interest rate on my credit card. I've spoken with my bank and we're on every do not call list and these numbers have no association with them. They don't even have records of all of my phone numbers.

Lowered interest rates, pretending to be MY credit card company, but is not. I have been receiving on average, 2 calls per day from "Member Card Holder Services" despite my # being on the Do-Not-Call registry. When I try to speak directly to them to remove my number, they hang up.

Don't remember as it is different every time this number calls me, and tonight's dinner interruption was the one that finally prompted this complaint filing. It begins by stating that I 'recently requested or applied' which is not true. Also something about being able to 'use your telephone key pad.'
