Called and said I had a criminal complaint against me

they called me saying they went with the IRS office pressing charges that I have at work 4/15 years so they are a telemarketer scam company I've seen it on the internet do not call that number and all

Robo call-left message saying that it was the IRS and they were filing a lawsuit against me. Was told that myself or my lawyer had better call them back immediately. Obviously a pathetic scam.
