This is a cell phone in Seattle. They claim to be a service message from T-Mobile telling me I need to upgrade my plan. They are using my plan? I have never seen a service message come from a cell phone! !!

206-313-0028 is a telemarketer message center. When I received calls and text messages from them, it was advertising for Larry Flynt's Hustler Club, Vegas and gave a secondary phone number of 702-795-3131. The best thing you can do is register your phone (cell or landline) with the National "Do Not Call" Registry https://www.donotcall.gov/default.aspx This way whenever you get unwanted phone calls you can file a complaint. Each time a complaint is filed they create a file and when enough complaints come in the perpetrator will be warned that if they do not cease and desist, they can face fines up to $11,000 a day and also be criminally prosecuted. But this only works, if you register and file complaints with this government website about these unwanted callers.
