Officer Daniel Smith badge number WO5932 answered (he sounded like he was from India) and told me I owed IRS taxes on my Texas Taxes filed from 2009-2014. He told me that within 45 minutes the police would arrive with a warrant and sieve my bank account and all my personal property. He first tried to ask for my mother (deceased 5 years) then asked for my father (he's 91) and then told ME that I owed $3986.73 for back IRS taxes. When I asked him again what state the taxes were filed in he said TEXAS. I then told him I had not been living in Texas in 2009. He said "WHY?". I said... "WHY?... Because I lived in a different STATE!" He hung up immediately. ASSHOLES. SCAM... the first phone call was from Bainbridge I WA. The number 206-317-1355. It was automated and said to call the IRS. This man had MY name, my father's, my mother's name AND our address. WTF. He needs to go to jail.
