I just spoke to someone named "Mike" from this number who told me that I am to receive 9000.00, He asked me how I wanted to have this money sent to me, I said by Western Union and then he went on and on how important is was not to share my" ID Grant Approval" number and that in order to fully receive this money I would have to pay 199.00 in fees that would be refunded to me immediately. So, I then say well I don't have that kind of money and I ask why do I have to pay for something that is suppose to be "FREE"?? He said:
Maam this is a large amount of money and if you can't provide the time or money to receive it, what do you want me to do?? I suggested he give it to someone else.

Yeah, I received my Grants of $9000 yesterday on the same number and I appreciate the help from Federal Grants Department.

I got a call today from a man, who said his name was FTinner Corner, a foreigner saying I was chosen to receive a $ 9.000 student grant that I did not have to pay back through Western Union.
He knew my name and my address. He said I would get this grant because I had not filed bankruptcy or had criminal charges in the last six months, and because I paid my bills on time. He told me to call 206-317-1376 and give them my money confirmation number that he had given me. I called that number and a man again a foreigner said his name was Mike parker and he was the manager for the US Government Dept of Treasury, I said how do I know this is not a scam, he hung up on me. I called him back and let him know I knew this was a scam and I had reported him and do not call me again .

Have received 4 calls over the past weekend 2 of which were today. I answered the first call and was informed that the government wanted to give me a $9000 grant that I didn't have to pay back. Even gave me this same phone number to call back to confirm with a grant ID number. I could get the money by western union, visa, MC or plastic money card but I needed to give them the 3 digit code on the back of one of the cards in my possession. I hung up and the caller called right back but I didn't answer.
