SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just received a call/voice message from (206) 317-1439 claiming to be the IRS with a final notice and going to file lawsuit against me. They provided their number. I called the number with no intention of providing any information and requested their address, which they provided: 915 2nd Ave. Seattle Washington, 98174. Don't be fool by this SCAM. Report them to the IRS at phishing@irs.gov (subject: 'IRS Phone Scam')

The call was a female electronic voice recording repeating the 206-317-1439. The IRS would NEVER leave a message like this. They might come and take your children and your favorite pet, but never never be so vague as to call. (Just kidding about the kids and pets.)

This is someone trying to get you to give them your credit card number. They claim to be IRS but they are not. They are simply crooks trying to get you to pay them to stop bugging you. DO NOT CALL THEM BACK. Hang up if you are talking to them.

One would think that the IRS would provide you with the case # not ask you to call for the case #.. My friend contacted me. She too received the same message.

I got a call this morning while I was at work and they left a message saying it was the IRS and they were going to file a lawsuit against me. Luckily, I work for an attorney and sure enough I made him listen to the voicemail. It was nothing but SCAM!!! Don't be fooled by this JOKE
