I got the Exact same automated message as the above posters. Claiming the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me. My question is did anyone who got this message actually have ongoing issues or unpaid debt with the IRS? I owe some money so I was afraid that it was real until I came here & read the complaints. So it's definitely spam then? ;-) Thank you!!

Just got one call at noon today and another one at about 4. Told me to call this number.

Same thing here. I even said this is a fraud call and the guy got all pissed saying you tell me how this is fraud.. he was foreign. I said you're not even probably in the United states.. he said you tell me where I an then. I said some f..ing foreign country. . He repeated the f word like 5 times.. saying I'm not in a fing foreign country. .

Same thing here. "IRS is filing a law suit against you".

i got that call today and they left the same message, claiming to be the IRS and that I was getting sued.
