They said they were Microsoft and said they were going to fix my computer, and said it was hacked, but they hacked it themselves. DO NOT give ANY money if they ask for it

Called me and stated my computor was corrupted and led me through a system check but phone was scratchy sounding for a company such as microsoft and then says he can fix my computor. I refused aand he said I can call back if I run into problems

I just got a call from 206-317-7361, an Indian lady with the name of Sia Williams, Said someone was trying to access my computer. I don't even have a Windows computer. I have a Mac. Did not trust.

told me his name was Dean Amber......names are very fake sounding. i just wasted about half an hour of his time and then told him I did not own a computer

Had a call from 206-454-1212 saying he was from Windows technical support Asked me to hit the windows key and the letter R He was trying to get on my computer remotely. I said I will call Windows and then get back with you if I find out you are legitimate He gave me a call back number of 206-317-7361 and his name was Robert Wilson (which I am pretty sure was another lie)

Call from 206-317-7361 identifying as Windows Support, told me my computer was being hacked and I needed to give him the computer's information. I asked how he knew my computer was being hacked if he didn't have the computer's information. He said that we had to act RIGHT NOW, and that our spyware that we have installed isn't working. I told him I.T. had just installed new spyware that was working great and I would have our I.T. call him. He said, "Bye." - SCAM.
