After recieving this call I contacted my local IRS taxpayer advocate, she directed me to this website www.tigta.gov click on IRS Impersonation Scam Reporting
Go to www.tigta.gov and click on IRS Impersonation Scam Reporting to report this scam and shut them down.

Automated robo-call from FAKE IRS, saying there is a lawsuit against me. But my friend really works for IRS, and the IRS doesn't operate like these idiots who are trying to Scam people. Dial *57 after they call and it reports the number to the authorities.
NOTE: On caller ID it reads UNKNOWN NAME, but IRS isn't afraid and doesn't hide their name on phone identification.
