This is a huge Scam. The guy had a stupid accent so I asked to speak to someone else and he didn't even transfer me anywhere. I didn't gice him any information and I said that I was going to call the police. I asked him what this call was about and that I have not received any mail from the IRS he didn't have an answer to that so I figured it was a scam and I hung up.
