I got it too. It seems that it's a scam that try and get ppl to pay money back to the IRS. But the IRS does not contact you through a machine.

7/20/18@ 12:57pm: Got a voice message that they are from some IRS office and it's about my taxes and I needed to call them back. If I didn't call back them I would be arrested. So I called them back and it's some Middle Eastern guy who asked me fo my info. I gave them a false name. They immediately said that was the wrong name. I asked, "well if you know i gave you the wrong info, then you must already have the correct info. WHy do you need me to tell you?" I asked the guy what company he works for and how did he get my number. That's when he asked me if my husband knew how many men I've slept with. They are so original in their insults! Long story short, this is an obvious scam and I wish I knew of a way to stop them.
