Claimed from US government giving me money. Told him to go to hell. Indian accent.

Scam. Told me I had a federal grant for $9000 if I (and then I hung up).
"Devit" calling to inform me of a 1-time $9000 grant awarded to me, based on American Recovery Act of 2009.
Devit was purely a pre-screener, who provided a money confirmation code and a callback number, to which I had to call and eventually spoke with Mark Foster.
Devit had no information to share, besides the code and the callback number, and provided (when asked) the following website:
www.mygovernmentgrants.com
