The recording was offering a free security system if you would allow them to place a small sign in the yard. I listened to the recording and then pressed 1 for an attendant. When I got the guy on the phone I told him I wanted to be removed from his company's telephone/telemarketing list and then he hung up on me. I have received several of these calls in the last few months.

In NJ: Robocall from "Love Our Pets Charity", to change our electric utility company to save 20% and a donation in our name to http://loveourpets.org/. Press 1 for info, 9 to be removed from the call list. Uh? Getting calls for the last 30 days, and nothing gets removed.
I'm on our Gov "Donotcall" list for the last 5+ years and renewed, but still get calls. Does that say anything to you? Think carefully.
May be spoofed, but same spoof to many out there.
