Reducing debt. Saying I needed to call them back urgently and this was the last time they would call (have received over 40 calls from them). Don't know specific date and times of other calls. I press one to talk to an operator an immediately tell them to take me off the list and they hang up before I can get it out of my mouth.

"credit card services" offering to lower my rates of my credit card even though no specific one was mentioned. When I pressed 1 to speak to the rep and informed him I was on the "do not call list" his response was "fuck you" and he hung up. (Sorry..I don't like to write that but it is exactly what he said which made me want all the more to report it)

Scam call asked for my credit card information. Asked if I wanted a lower rate then asked for my expiration date, etc. I told them I would not provide my credit card info - and that I was going to call the government to have them prosecuted for calling. Agent started to yell. I hung up. The same agent called back 2 minutes later and saidm "You are idiot!" The agent hyad my name and address when he called. While this call was bothersome I am concerned about the call back and the screaming. It seems a threatening call. I hope you go after these guys who are both ignoring the National Do Not Call rules but (I believe they) are involved in an illegal activity trying to get credit card numbers and expiration date info.
