This phone number belongs to a public utility named CallerID4U, Inc., which is run by Paul Maduno and Luis Martinez. They have entered into revenue sharing agreements with telemarketers who make illegal unsolicited telephone calls. They profit directly from these outbound unsolicited telephone calls.
This appears to be a clear violation of a number of laws, including 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.

Another nut job called me trying to claim they represent google -

A rude woman called from this number and claimed to be representing a company called Global Tech.
She mentioned something about updating our free listing on Google Maps (ummm I think that's what AdWords and AdSense are for) and had trouble explaining what exactly they do as a company.
This caller is obviously a fraud and a scammer.
When someone calls you out of the blue, from another country, and can't competently articulate who they are and what they do, they have no business talking to you.
Same here. I have gotten this call 8 DIFFERENT TIMES. Every goddam time its 10 min of them talking about wherever you work, then they slap you with a "Want more customers bitch?". I have talked to them 8 FUCKING TIMES and said "Remove My Caller ID". Yet they keep coming. This last one had the nerve to try and push me to do it. (Whatever the hell it is) THEN HUNG UP! THEN CALLED BACK AND SAID "You made me angry. So I wont call back".
I was like. "THATS WHAT I ASKED DAMMIT!"
This company is contacting small workplaces so they can find the "Dumb owner" and take his money for what AdSense does.
And yes. They DO NOT EXPLAIN WHAT THEY'RE ABOUT. I have asked every time. And each time all i get is "I Work for a company that updates your google listings" Like.....what the fuck?
It seems as though they keep changing there name to duck the law. On another site there name was "Big Top" Then "Global (somthin)".
