Robocall with female voice from VISA Alert, saying I've dealt with them before and that they are now able to give me a zero (0) interest rate on all my credit cards at this time. All I need to do is talk to one of their agents to set this up. I DIDN'T press the number, however, and hung up! CID only showed the phone # and a long string of numbers below this. I've gotten this same message previously, but from a different number (of course).
