they called and asked if I had an amazon acct. I said yep.
he then ask to let him fix my computer.... ha ha I do not have an amazon account...

2nd Call from these scammers but from a different number this time because I've already blocked the other number they used last week. Jabbered on about a web address then ended message saying a purchase was made on my Amazon account & to call. Delete/Block standard steps taken with these jerks.

This caller claims to be with "Amazon Security", It's a Phishing Scam, a boiler room operation. If they use your proper name, as they did in my case, it would sound logical that the could have access to "Amazon's User Database", so taking steps to secure your account, may be warranted. They are accepting "Inbound Calls" at this time, So, back tracing is possible. I would report this matter to the FTC and the FBI Cyber Crime Division.

just got a call from this number a recording about my facebook security ,I called back and at first they said Amazon security the they said facebook security , A guy with a heavy Pakistan accent answered . He knew my name and said he needs to access my computer in order to change my security setting on facebook, Now if I were stupid I,d let him on to my computer , But I know better and told him that he is a scam and f course he hung up on me
