some one named jason called my home phone number and left an message about some an bogus lawsuit against me. I have received alot of these calls all with diffirent names but they all have an heavy indian accent and they say the same thing on each call. I know this an scam. these people need to be stopped. I have blocked any number they leave.

Rec'd a call at work today from this number asking for my social. I would not give it. He said he was from Roathleen and Assocates Law Office and his name was Jay Green (thick indian accent). I notified my local sheriffs office and also the Attorney General for my state.

Caller name was John leaves same message do not ignore this message you or your attorney must call back immediatley if you do not i can only wish you well as this matter unfolds. they can not ever give me any company information or send me anything

they need to be stopped jay called my cell and told me not to ignore the call its a serious matter. im really tired of getting these calls. they need to be stopped. they even called my job and harrassed my co workers.

I receive a threatening call from a heavily accented middle eastern man ("Jay Green") stating police would come to my work place and home to summons me and take me away for money "stolen" and unpaid payday loan for $5, 484 he would not provide me with company information or when is alleged transaction took place. he hung up on me several times telling me he already explained that the police would be at my home tomorrow and they are suing my employer as well and that is all i needed to know. I asked for date of transaction, paper work mailed to me and authorization for alleged payment, he said he works for Roathleen and Associates a law firm then said he works for Cash Partners of America.
