said he was a law office and me or my attorney should contact him and if we don't contact i would be arrested monday
these people have nothing better to do then try to scam people assholes
These people have called me several times and its definitely not from the USA because you can't understand their English. They are telling me I will be arrested if I don't pay whats owed for a payday loan. I asked a lot of questions that they can't answer, like who do I owe, how much, and when did this transaction occur? I laughed at them! They don't want to hear that payday loans are prohibited in Arizona and how they got my name, ss#, phone number, and work number is beyond me! I have reported them to law enforcement and called my attorney. Hope that wherever they're found they pay the price for trying to scam people of money.
i just recd the same call today. I owed two internet loans and I've requested copies several times from the original owners of the loan. I believe these guys who state they are going to throw me in jail and file a lawsuit are the 2nd or maybe 3rd party who bought the loan. They arr not in the state of CA thats for sure because they are not practicing the fair debt act. They call my job which I revoked to the the first collector. Bunch of BS if u ask me. But now how to get rid of them calling and calling!!!!!!!!!!!!UGH!!!!!!!!!
These people are calling and left a message for me at work. We have gotten calls like this before from other numbers. They have a heavy accent and said they were going to have a warrant for my arrest on Monday if I do not call them back. This is a scam.
