It sometimes advertises way of saving money on a PECO energy bill. Doesn't say the name of the actual service/company. Many times it's dead air.

Fraud call electric company scam, called from other numbers including 973 786 1525 and 609 3571326 as well said from the savings center nasty on the phone, not answering questions etc. said it was due to a government deregulation (which they wouldn't name) and want info form my electric bill, but will not verify who they are and my electric company said it was a fraud call. have called me non-stop for weeks so I finally chose to talk to them.

Asks us to change our electric provider. I don't have an electric bill. I pay someone else in the house with a different name and phone number for the electric we use. I have spoken with someone at this number after the recording and asked them 3 times to remove my number and put me on their Do Not call list.
