caller said he was Kevin Smith and he was sending the police to my home. He knew my personal information including my place of employment which he called several times.

I received a call from Officer O'kevin Smith investigating a legal crime investigation which I know it's a fraud because I notify police already and it's a same scenario as above. It's a fraud, notify police and don't return phone calls.

I received a call from this same number today. Stating the same information as Victor notes. He had information about me including my birthday, address and social security number. He had a very thick foreign accent. He sounded Jamaicain. And threatened legal action against me.

I keep receiving phone calls every day from a man claiming to be investigator. He harasses me into paying a loan I never took out, he won't give the name of the company he works for, never identifies himself properly. I got in touch with police and they said it's a fraud.
