Attempted to convince me that my computer has a virus and many error messages. This same caller has called at least 10 times in the past week; this was the first time that my caller ID provided a number.

Advertised computer support for Windows operating system, and tried to obtain personal information about my computer. When asked to be put on their 'Do Not Call List,' they repeatedly called back and when we said we would report their behavior, they said 'you can shove it,' and were rude and argumentative. Below is the number which appeared on our caller ID.

I received these calls from (206) 456-0661, when you call this number sometimes it is answered by a person, they immediately hang up and when you call back you get a recorded message in Spanish telling you that (559) 920-6456 is not currently available or is out of order. This entity is more than obviously scamming and phishing for access to your computer to gain passwords, financial information, and whatever else they might deem worth stealing under the guise of being Microsoft Windows Remote Tech Repair. Both agents I spoke with on both calls claimed I had an error with my "Windows" Computer Operating System and were demanding me to log onto a Website (I did not get the Website information) and to let them have complete remote access to our computer so that they could scan and implement a "Fixing Solution" to our "Windows System". Knowing this scam I told them both to REMOVE my # immediately & to NOT call again...and that I did not even own a Windows Computer. Pls investigate. Thx.

That they were from Microsoft and they were getting error messages from my computer and it is about to crash. They try to get me to give them remote access to my computer. I have told them repeatedly to not call my number. I got the number from my caller id.

Saying Credit Services - no problems with your credit cards but this is your last call to try and bring the interest rates down on your credit cards. All they do is hang up when you don't want their service and ask to be removed from their list. If you call back it gives you option to opt out and I have not only tried to ask a representative 6 times to be removed but also called back and selected the option to be removed from their list. And yet they still continue to call back. I told them today I was filing a complaint and reporting them and to remove me from their list and the guy just said have a nice day and hung up the phone on me. I am REALLY tired of these phone calls and tired of the fact they keep calling when they know and have been asked to stop.

They say they are with Microsoft and trying to fix
my computer. They are extremely rude and will not take no for an answer. They seem to be of Indian
decent, judging by their accent. They have been calling every night now for the last week or so ... before that it was maybe every other night.
These people are beyond obnoxious and have very little regard for the people they bother.
These calls are what I would classify as "Harrasment"

This is the second time this "company" has called. Caller stated my home PC was sending error messages to Microsoft servers and my computer registry was infected. Wanted me to download software to effect repairs. When I told him my computer was not sending messages and that he was representing a bogus company, he hung up on me. Have tried to call back the number, but only get busy signal.
