SCAM!! I knew it from the beginning so I thought I would try to learn more about these thieves and liars.
A. The FBI nor the IRS ever calls you
B. I asked if I can pay online. I couldn't.
C. They didn't know my SS# either which was good.
She gave up quick and hung up. I feel for these people because of how low they are going to steal from innocent people.

I received the same exact call today from the same exact Officer Kathryn Richardson, Badge # FBI002569 with Federal Bureau of Investigation dept of tax and crime. Same exact thing. I called out of curiosity, the person who answered was a foreigner, hard to understand, said they needed to record my affirmation of owing the debt, said they did an audit on certain tax years and she kept wanted to record my voice.. I hung up. Definately a scam. She was trying to collect I believe $2500.00. BEWARE!!!!
