same thing, and my contact person was Ed Harris. I asked for a supervisor, and he got nasty with me. I told him a true US Government employee, paid by my taxes would not talk to me like that. I hung with him, called it back and spoke to some woman, reported 'Ed Harris' and requested my number be removed from their list.

Foreign man says the following "I'm calling you from the dept of health & human services state dept to let u know of federal grant $ you can collect. you have been approved for 6500 dollars." I spoke with him numerous times throughout today and he was able to be reached very easily there was a foreign woman who answered the call a couple of time she knew who I needed by first name, they knew who I was every time I called and he himself answered the call numerous times directly. If this was really the federal government I highly doubt the same person answers everytime. I'm pretty sure there are many people answering and the phone number would be changing each time they called ...probably wouldn't even show a number... load of crap oh & the man with a strong strong foreign accent (from India or somewhere) yea his name was "Steve Tyler " lol

I think I got the same message but couldn't understand if he said owed or approved. I understood his name was Sam, the the rest was a bunch of jibber jabber.
