It was on my answering machine. It said a lawsuit was filed against you.(it did not leave a name for the person they were calling for).

Voice-mail saying it's is suing me. Called at 5:50am.
Didn't give a name but said the IRS was suing us for fraud & gave a number to call for a file claim number.
Claimed to be IRS
