'Credit Card Services' annoying call that won't stop no matter what. Sice 'oressing 3' didn;t work to stop the calls, I spoke to a person and when I told him to stop calling, he said he wasn't going to stop. He said he didn't care about the DNC registery or the FTC. I told him I think he's an Axxhole and hung up.

My caller I.D. says the number is Pacifictel. They left a partial recording that said "This is your final notice. Press 3 to discontinue further notices. Press 1 to talk to live operator and lower your interest rate." I am on the Do Not Call List and have been since the very beginning. I have never done business with this company or contacted them in any way.
