Got this call....normally do not answer these calls...I was told that there were people using my network....funny....then he got rude when I wanted the names of the people to check myself.....then he got really rude....pure scam....

They called, I spoke fluent Chinese to them. They tried to mock Chinese back--they spoke in coherent garbage back. I hung up and blocked their number. These scammers are nothing more than immature people.

I didn’t answer but searched the number and numerous people have said it’s someone saying your computer is downloading bad stuff

A man called saying that a criminal was using my computer to back which is against the law. I informed him that the hacker was my brother-in-law and was in cahoots with him. I told him that I have been incited and was going to trial January 2020. He hung up.

Listed off 4 persons who hacked computer last night and have been sending out spam from my computer. #1. my computer was was cut off last night so could not happen #2 I do not live in Canada #3 Phone number came up with V404161311000802 gave no info, did not allow her to do anything with computer

the scammer used the old RUN>.ASSOC trick to claim that one of the lines displayed by ASSOC showed his computer’s ‘unique ID’:-a CLSID is an identifier that is unique not to a particular PC, but to a COM class object,
It does not represent a unique ID string for either the PC or for a specific installation of Windows.
