This is a very well known scam that is all over the internet. It is a man with a thick India accent that goes by Andrew McDonald.

I keep getting these phone calls too. Totally fake. I don't even answer when I see the area code. I automatically delete the voicemail and I'm done. Got caught once and that was enough!

I GOT A CALL TODAY FROM A ANDREW MCDONALD. TELLING ME I TOOK OUT A PAY DAY LOAN FROM CASH ADVANCE USA. I TOLD HIM I DIDNOT AND HE TOLD ME I WAS FAKING AND I DID NOT WANT TO PAY BACK MY LOAN. HE TOLD ME HE WAS COMING IN THE MORNING TO PICK ME UP AND HAVE TEA AND A LONG CONVERSATION!

It's a long, on-going scam...they have been calling me for the past 3 or 4 years, always in July. It's usy a guy with a heavy Indian accent with a typical American name, this year he was "Andrew McDonald". He always tells me that he is from a law firm or some sort of Government agency and that they are either filing criminal charges or some type of lawsuit from a payday loan in 2008 (I believe last year it was 2006). Total scam...now these people can be very scary and threatening, but the law does not work the way these people say. I call the FBI, the Secret Service, and the Federal Trade Comission every year when I get my call, because somehow these people hacked into something and have a lot of info on me. They will yell and scream at you and use lots of big words, but they are a complete fraud!

I also received a call from Andrew McDonald stating that I also had a complaint. (AT MY WORK) It is concerning a paid off payday loan . These people are usually outside the US. I had a call from a Viola Watson, telling me I needed to be at the NH State police office as I had an arrest warrent. She called at 4:30pm & the office closes at 4;00. I called the next day & there is no warrent. Watch out for Viola & Jason Hayes.
I have been sending emails to the town or city police departments.

Yes, be careful with this call. They leave a message and say that there's a complaint on your ss# and they ask to call back. When I called back they will not give me any information of who they are, but they want my info!!!! Be careful, it's a scam!!!

A Andrew McDonald, left message a legal document and complaint on my name and my ss # to call back, but a different number 206-567-2955, No company name or anything, Thick accent male you can hear others in the backround with a thick accent as well. Tired of this crap!!!!!
