I just received this very same call, and exactly what everyone else has said it was the same strong accent, and he knew my home address, my zip code, if I was criminal, he knew that I didn't have a criminal record, and yes I had the most difficult time trying to make out what he was trying to tell me. Before I could even make out what he was saying, I said what? WHAT? like a hundred times before I had government claim, and the rest after that I heard your I.D is SM19 then he gave me the name David Anderson to call him at 2065694729 after he had to repeat it over, and over. I had such a hard time understanding that the rest I did kind of hear was how do you want your money on a card or put in a account? Lol omgoshh so my reply was what I don't have a account, and I don't have a credit card. He said okay call number talk about it to David Anderson for your claim. Hmmm oookaay that was the most creepy, scary call I have ever got it makes me think is it a terrorist organization? Maybe his accent is Iraqi or something?? Well I turned off all the ways my phone uses location, or tells Facebook my location all use of location off before I try this number to hear what they gotta stay lol so here goes nothing!

The caller calimed that i have won a government grant for the amount of $7429.00, and he asked me to give him my checking account number, i refused and told him why not to send me a check!! so he asked me to call206-569-4729 and speak to David Anderson. He advised me to keep calling when I called him the first time because the lines are busy. He was correct, there was a sound of too many people on the phone calling like him. He has a very heavy indian accent, I couldn't understand most of what he was saying, he had to repeat it so many times. he gave me a reference number HK27. Surprisingly he knew all my informations: my name, my telephone number, my home address, and so many other things!!!!!!!

Said to keep calling, because I am not the only one who won this money. .I told him to just mail a check that he will not get any bank account number from or SS number from me. Then he said to call David Anderson at this 206 569 4729 number which is the accounting dept to get my money. BS

I have the same call. I actually cancel their call in the middle of the conservation then he try to call me back few times. This is kinda scary for me: (((

My caller from this number was David Anderson wanting to give me a grant. What I do not understand is when there is so many complaints why the law does nothing about it. By doing nothing you are saying it is ok to rob people.
