This telephone number is owned by scammers who want to 'give you a $9000 grant from the government'. ALL you have to do is deposit $200 into a Western Union account and give them the control number. OR, you can give them your savings or checking account number, OR any "electronic plastic card such as VEEza or Mustercord". Hahahahaha. They insist they are in Washington DC, but they are located in Seattle WA.
