Total Scam - someone please stop this person

I got a message saying i owe the irs and will be tossed in prison. I never owe taxes i claim zero, so i knew this was fake. I called them back and they did not give me any info and hanged up on me. So i kept calling and calling, asking for the manager, supervisor, leader what ever, irs employee number, branch office, buisness code. I kept getting hanged up on and kept calling back for about a half hour. Told them hang up on me again and i will set up an automated caller on his number so he could never use it again. The guy asked me what i wanted, the info of course or for him to admit he was a scammer, and what would i do with the information. Told him of course i want to make sure he is legal. Some more hanging up and calling back. He finally admitted to being in india and said i was actually calling a restaurant. Im like oooh awesome i love indian food like naan. He like you know india and i go on about kameezs, bollywood, etc. So he tells me to google Salma Khan. I did, he hanged up. I called back and told him thank you and since you gave me some nice info i will stop calling, have a good summer.
