The consumer is receiving threatening calls from Credit Card Services. During one call the consumer was told that "we put Obama back into office and this will be charged to your power (electricity) bill". The consumer has also been cursed out many times. Normally the organization hangs up when she tells them to stop calling her. The phone numbers are always different.

(I would receive a paid vacation) At that point I tried trying to talk to the caller but it was a recording. I hung up and tried calling back, it would ring once and then give me a busy sound.
