I KEEP GETTING A CALL FROM THE IRS THEY SAID THEY ARE FILING A LAW SUIT ON ME AND THEY SAY I AM GETTING ARRESTED THE NUMBER IS 1-206-596-0550 THEY TELL ME TO CALL THEM BACK BUT I AM NOT GONNA DO IT THEY CALLED ME 7:16 AM THIS MORNING 11:57 AM AND 3:55PM THEY LEFT NO NAME THE CALLER IS IRS I WISH THEY WOULD STOP CALLING AND HERRASSING ME

I keep getting voice mails from this number saying they are Mike Smith but each time it is not the same voice. Saying they are the IRS. This is Also not our number on record with the IRS for contact. I have blocked this number from calling

Who's Mike or Mark Smith; I received a threatening message from him. He has an accent, I couldn't tell if he was saying Mike or Mark. But his last name is Smith. He said the IRS has legal against my name; and his is from the IRS. He said to call him back at this number 206 596 8736. Is Mr. Smith is a scam?

Left a voicemail asking for a call back to 206-596-8736. Said his name was Michael Kennedy from the IRS.

I got a call from number 206-596-8736 as well and found this site after googling the number. He said his name was Michael Kennedy or Canady couldn't quite understand it enough to get approximate last name. Good to know it was a scam.

Yep, I've gotten several calls from this number in the last few weeks. Leave threatening voicemails that the IRS is suing you.

I just received a phone call as well but could not make out who it was from. I then put the # in google and did a search and then I found this comment thread. I was also one of the ones that had been hit when the first IRS scam was going around too.

Received a call from the number 206-596-8736. The recording threatens a lawsuit and that they have made numerous attempts to reach me. No name was provided. Very strong on the talk about the lawsuit. Total SCAM!

My son just called me, he's 19 saying he was left a threatening message on his cell voice mail saying the IRS has a lawsuit against him, etc. He did NOT answer & they called back approx 5 mins later

IRS call supposedly to tell you that they IRS is filing a law suit against you. I've had several of these calls this year, however, the number is bogus and they leave you a "different" number to call back. DON'T FALL FOR IT.
