A woman who identified herself as Diane called my wife at home and asked to speak to me regarding an accident. The call was announced as being recorded. Diane said she was with State Farm National Service Bureau. I was struck by a car while riding my bike back in June 2016 and we are currently represented by a law firm in the case. My wife assumed this call was in regard to case and told Diane she would take her number and forward it to our attorney. Diane asked her if our attorney was civil or criminal. My wife did not respond and just said again that we would forward the number to our attorney. I have alerted our attorney regarding the phone call. My accident is on the public record because the police and paramedics took a report from me and the driver of the car who struck me on the day of the accident. It's possible this was a scam phone call, trying to make use of the record of the accident.
Keeps calling over and over. Says they're looking for someone I have never heard of. It's National Service Bureau.
Keeps calling for someone who does not live at this number, and no I dont know how to find such person. Idiots.
