The recording identifies the call from CardHolder Services. It goes on to say there is no problem with your account, but you must call immediately to reduce your credit card debt, of which I have none. I am continuing to receive these calls, even after asking them to stop; and completing the Do not call infor.

"Card Holder Services" called me, telling me that there is nothing wrong with my credit-card [which one?] and to "press one" to get a lower interest rate.
I did, and Ashley-the-auto-dialer forwarded my call to the pool of employees of which one answered to ask how I was doing. I hung up!

Got another phone call from this number (that I don't "know" or recognize).
I didn't answer, but looked up the number here.
They left no message.

I am on the National Do-Not-Call List,
and have been for over a year now.
(I guess this is our government at work for us.)

I'm going to http://www.fcc.gov/complaints again
AND to https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx
again, and see if that can get the government
to work for me, and stop these calls.
(Yes I will go through all those steps again.)
(I have also bookmarked these URL's.)
