When you speak with an actual operator, they try to get you to use their service to "lower your interest rates"

It always has to do with credit cards and lowering rates...because I have answered these calls before and now know they are telemarketers I no longer answer them. I have my cell phone numbers and home number listed with Do Not Call yet still receive them. I thought that was supposed to help us from getting unwanted, unsolicited phone calls. Please do something to shut these people down!
