Dental insurance - in previous calls, messages were not left. When I called the number back on 5/2, I acquired the information provided in the complaint. The person who answered asked if I wanted to be transferred to an agent for a no-obligation quote. The person who answered had an generic American accent, but sounded like a recording while speaking although seemed flustered when they first answered the phone.
