Prank spam caller
Told me I was receiving a grant from the amaericam government... I'm Canadian...
Caller ID said United Postal Service. Caller claimed that because I'm essentially a good citizen - pay bills on time, no criminal record, pay my taxes and "have a good relationship with the government" that I had been selected to receive a $9,000 grant tax-free, even though I've never applied for a grant. How convenient! Despite the caller ID being different, he claimed to be with the "government grants department of health and human services". Clearly a scam. I told him I was certain the government wouldn't use Western Union to deliver money, so I would simply have to decline the offer. I didn't feel like finding out how they intended to steal my money.
Caller I.D. Showed U.S. postal service. Didn't answer phone! Geez, did I miss out on $9000! LOL! What a pain these people are!
Caller I.D. Showed U.S. postal service. Very broken English wonder claimed to be located in D.C. And was calling to give me $9000. I said bullshit & hung up
