Don't give them any info
Concerned Citizen I wonder how many people fall for this scam and lose thousands of dollars. No one over the age of 75 should answer any phone calls. The elderly should screen their calls or maybe they must be temped to answer all calls, since they are very lonely. The IRS never calls, nor ask you to purchase a credit card; they only send you notices if money is owed via United States Postal Service.
Got a female recording voicemail ssying I was going to be sued. Last year it was a Jordan Knight with an indian accent. Now it is a female recording. Do these scams ever wnd??!!!!
Female recorded claimed to be from the Internal Revenue Service. She said I was being sued by the IRS and asked me to call (206) 775-8310.
